Personal Characteristics

Tim's story: Tim found an opportunity to start his own marketing agency. He and a designer formed a boutique agency that's slowly forming it's customer base. Tim has about 8 years of experience in Marketing and has built the connections needed to take on a couple of client projects. Tim is a doer, he makes things happen. He doesn't depend too much on support to get things up and running and googles everything. When he does he prefers the quickest way possible to get what he wants (phone support).

Aspirations Wants to build a company into something more than himself.

Motivations Helping his clients be successful.
